Gwyn Burr (ex-Sainsbury's and Asda) has stepped down from Made.com's board.
The non-executive director cited "a need for her to give more focus to her other professional commitments at this time".
Gwyn is also a board member at Just Eat UK, Metro and Skipton Building Society.
Gwyn joined Made as senior independent non-executive director and chair of the remuneration committee in May 2021.
Made's chair Susanne Given says: "On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Gwyn for her valuable contribution to the Made board board over the last 15 months."
Gwyn's successor will be announced in due course.
