Innovative UK mattress manufacturer Mammoth Technologies has strengthened its links within the sporting sector with the announcement of an exclusive deal with the British Athletes Commission (BAC).
The agreement sees Mammoth as the only bedding provider to the BAC and allows all UK sport funded athletes up to 50% discount on its products.
Mammoth already has ties with Olympic Gold medal long jump champion, Greg Rutherford and Olympic weightlifter, Zoe Smith, as well as a number of other well-known sports personalities and clubs.
Founder and MD John Tuton says: “We are already partnered with various health, educational and sporting authorities, including the Chiropractic Patients Association and English and Irish Players Associations – as well as a large number of elite sportspeople, so the deal with the British Athletes Commission is a great addition and will be available to the 1500 athletes that are already members of the BAC.”
One of the fastest growing companies in the bed industry, Mammoth produces medical grade foam mattresses. Drawing on scientific research by the Medical and Healthcare Regulatory Authority and the world leading sleep laboratory at Northumbria University, Mammoth mattresses are clinically proven to enhance sleep by supporting the body and relieving pressure – ideal for athletes.
Thanks to stringent testing, Mammoth mattresses are Class 1 registered medical devices with the Medicines and Healthcare Regulatory Authority (MHRA).
