MattressNextDay launches Lowest Price Promise

Award-winning sleep retailer MattressNextDay has launched a new Lowest Price Promise designed "to help shoppers secure better value on branded mattresses".

The initiative applies across MattressNextDay’s range of mattresses, and allows customers to request a price match on identical products sold by authorised UK retailers before purchase.

MattressNextDay, which the NBF has been named Online Bed Retailer of the Year for three consecutive years (2023-25), says the initiative has been introduced to help customers access competitive pricing while still benefiting from services including next-day delivery and mattress recycling.

Under the new scheme, customers who find an identical mattress cheaper at an authorised UK retailer can contact MattressNextDay before purchasing to have the price matched directly through the retailer’s sales team. The retailer says its pricing team monitors the market every 24 hours across leading mattress brands to help ensure pricing remains competitive throughout its product range.

Martin Seeley, CEO at MattressNextDay, says: “Buying a mattress is an important investment for many households, and customers want reassurance they’re getting genuine value for money.

“Our Lowest Price Promise has been designed to give customers additional confidence that they’re securing a competitive price without compromising on delivery speed, reliability or customer service."

The Lowest Price Promise applies exclusively to mattresses and is available on identical products sold by approved UK retailers. To qualify, products must match exactly in brand, model, size and specifications, while also being brand new, in stock and available for dispatch at the time of enquiry. The initiative excludes clearance products, ex-display items, returns, MTO products, special sizes, and mattresses sold through third-party marketplace sellers. MattressNextDay also states the policy applies to the mattress price only and does not include additional incentives such as voucher codes, cashback offers, free gifts or promotional bundles.

Customers must request a price match before placing an order, with all claims verified directly by the MattressNextDay team prior to purchase.
