According to the Express & Star, 84 staff members at Kingswinford-based Ultra Furniture were made redundant on 24th March, with some choosing voluntary redundancy.
However, workers union GMB has said that staff haven't received their pay for the last two weeks, and it will seek to shut down the company to protect the workforce.
The staff were sent letters about how much they would recieve from their redundancy earlier this year, but say they have not received any of the money.
It is estimated that 60-80 people are still work for the company, but have been told not to come in until further notice.
Ultra Furniture had a turnover profit of £16m in 2014.
