The National Bed Federation (NBF) has partnered with Furniture Sales Solutions (FSS) to provide discounted bed-specific sales training for its NBF Retail Champions.
The UK’s "only bed-specific sales training model" can be delivered in-store, in-person, or online 24/7. It promises to increase sales, conversion rates, profitability and AOVs, while improving other business areas such as staff confidence, presentation skills and customer satisfaction.
Retailers signed up for the NBF’s enhanced Retail Champion benefits package can access an exclusive 10% discount on the training by emailing [email protected].
The training joins other perks in the enhanced fee-paying package, such as: full access to the NBF’s annual bed-buying consumer research; expert advice on HR, legal, health & safety and tax matters for UK businesses; discounted City & Guilds training; information on product legislation and sustainability initiatives; and a VIP Bed Show package.
