We Are Elseware, a new website selling an eclectic mix of cool contemporary design and antiques, has been launched.
From furniture and art to accessories, the site's aim is to tell the story behind the pieces, where they were sourced, and how they were created.
We Are Elseware champions the designers and studios behind the products it features – each has their own biography on the site.
The debut range includes work by award-winning furniture designer Valentina Gonzalez Wohlers, internationally-renowned photographer Astrid Harrisson, newcomer luxury interior accessories designer Hend Krichen, talented wallpaper and fabric designer Barneby Gates, established textile and wall-covering expert Altfield London, sought-after ceramic artist Ali Miller and graphite artist Kristian Evju, plus many more.
Each item has been personally handpicked by the We Are Elseware team – Alice Carlisle and Joanne Fiddy – plus creative director Matthew Carlisle, founder of design and architecture practice Carlisle Design Studio.
Divided into products, rooms and designers, the etailer's vision was to create a functional site against a clean aesthetic backdrop for interior designers and those with a passion for design, to be able to easily find unique pieces for their homes or projects.
