Nolte Mobel expands team with national sales role

Nolte Mobel has appointed a new national sales manager in order to strengthen its position as market leader for contemporary wardrobes and bedroom furniture.

Building on a lifelong career in the furniture industry, Michael Tattersall will head up a team of six regional salespeople for the renowned German manufacturer’s operations in the UK and Ireland. He is promoted to this position from his role as North West and Midlands area sales manager for the company, which he has held for three years.

Previously, Michael has built up over  25 years’ experience in the furniture sector, 16 of which were in furniture retail and six on the road with Kingstown Furniture as territory manager before moving to Nolte Mobel in 2010.

Michael commented: “It is fantastic for me to be taking on this position at such an exciting time for Nolte Mobel. I am looking forward to helping the company to grow and expand as we look to develop the business in today’s marketplace.”

MD of Nolte Mobel, Geoff Hawkes, said Michael had the knowledge and experience necessary to help the company to achieve its goals.

“Michael is widely respected within the industry and has valuable years of experience from working in both furniture retail and manufacturing,” Geoff says.

“We are very pleased to welcome him as national sales manager at a time when we are seeking to improve and enhance our customer experience to bolster our position as market leader.”
