German bedroom manufacturer Rauch has appointed Jochen Arndt (pictured) as CCO. Jochen will be responsible for sales, marketing and product development.
Jochen has extensive experience in sales and marketing in the consumer goods industry. After holding various positions at Procter & Gamble, he joined Beiersdorf as sales director. Most recently, Jochen Arndt was responsible for the German market as sales director at PepsiCo Germany.
Meanwhile, Rauch UK has a new management team, comprising: area sales manager Christina Nitsche; national sales manager Darrell Cooper; and head of the administration and sales office, Josie Wilks.
Christina Nitsche took over responsibility for the UK and Ireland on 1st May, after having been responsible for Rauch in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Poland for several years.
Darrell Cooper is Brian Westman's successor in the UK management team. He brings extensive knowledge from the furniture industry and management experience, and will be responsible for Rauch's sales and marketing in the UK and Ireland.
Josie Wilks joined Rauch a year ago, and has been responsible for the sales office, service processes and administration at Rauch UK in Evesham.
Michael Stiehl, Rauch's CEO, says: "We are very happy that we were able to win Jochen Arndt and Darrell Cooper for Rauch. With their appointment we are taking another very big step forward in customer orientation."
Over the past two years, Rauch has optimised its processes, aligned its product range more closely with customer demand, and made progress in the online sector. "With the new strong sales management team in the UK we can communicate the improvements we have achieved even better to our customers and further deepen customer loyalty," concludes Michael.
