German bedroom manufacturer Rauch has appointed Inka Rosini as its marketing director. She is also in charge of product development, combining the two areas under one leader for the first time.
Rauch says the merger of its product development and marketing departments is set to ensure holistic strategies, from new product design to PoS.
Inka boasts an extensive know-how in operational and strategic marketing, as well as sales – all based on data-driven consumer understanding. After holding marketing positions at Gillette, Herlitz and Coca-Cola Germany, Rosini moved to Unilever in Switzerland in 2015 as head of marketing. Most recently, she was responsible for B2B marketing for tea and new business at Unilever Foodsolutions D-A-CH.
Inka succeeds Andreas Spaniol in Rauch's marketing department. The previous head of product development, Hans-Günther Schwarz, is taking on a new role within the company and will be responsible for employee engagement and organisational culture within management.
Inka will report directly to MD and CCO Jochen Arndt, who says: "I am very pleased that we were able to gain Inka Rosini. With her and her ideas, we will be able to implement our mission for our consumers and trade partners even better than before – making living easier and more beautiful!”
