According to The Telegraph, Sofa Brands International (SBI), owner of such brands as Duresta and Parker Knoll, has hired corporate financer Catalyst to look into selling the business.
The newspaper reported earlier this month that buyers had already shown some interest in the business, which was expected to be worth around £60m. SBI is currently owned by an investment consortium.
