Next has reported that full price sales for the 14 weeks to 7th May were up +6.0% YoY, with online sales particularly strong and up +18.1%, driven by the growth of branded stock and third-party brands on the UK platform, along with continued growth from overseas business.
Boosted in recent weeks by unusually warm weather, these strong sales puts the retailer around £40m ahead of internal forecasts, adding around £12m to Next's full year profit.
