Furniture industry training provider The Furniture Ombudsman (TFO) will be offing a special discounted rate on its courses booked at kbb LDN, on Stand G30. TFO, which runs an industry-specific training programme, will be offering two places on its training courses for the price of one.
The training programme covers a wide range of topics – including consumer law and complaints handling – with courses tailored specifically to different areas of the industry, such as beds, upholstery and home improvement. There are also courses on customer relationship management, pricing and advertising compliance and the newly-introduced European Timber Regulation.
