The future of West Midlands-based furniture manufacturer Ultra Furniture has been saved through its acquisition by PPKidd 56.
Ultra Furniture sought the help of administratiors from RSM back in February due to financial difficulties, after losing one of its major customers.
As a result of the acquisition, 116 of Ultra Furniture's jobs have been saved, and customer relations have been protected.
The company produces bespoke upholstered furniture for Europe's premium furniture retailers.
