Vogue Beds Group and Limelight Beds have appointed James Appleyard as new national sales manager with overall responsibility for leading and managing sales teams for both companies, and has concurrently promoted Wayne Shaw to the new post of national key accounts manager with overall responsibility of gaining business with multiple companies for both Vogue and Limelight Beds, and overall sales.
James says: ”I am delighted to be joining such well-established and respected companies within the bed and frame sector who have a clear vision of putting into place a proactive and exciting strategy for the future, and I am looking forward to being an integral part of that process.
"I am looking forward to meeting customers old and new at the forthcoming NBF and Minerva shows, both at Telford, and I'm eager to get out on the road and see our retailers' operations in action.”
Wayne comments: “The appointment of James Appleyard as national sales manager will give me more time to focus on group retail operators whose business has become a significant contribution to overall turnover over the last two years or so, and build on the success of both Vogue and Limelight becoming preferred suppliers to some of the larger multiples in the industry.
"It will also free me up to further develop our unique Vogue/Limelight combined DHD service, which gives the consumer an unrivalled choice of bed frames and mattresses delivered in one hit as a combined order, as opposed to having to wait for two separate deliveries from two different suppliers.”
