Design Studio, the soft furnishing division of the Belfield Group, one of the UK's largest home furnishings groups, is launching its first branded collection with designer and bestselling author Angel Strawbridge, star of Channel 4’s prime-time TV series Escape to the Chateau.
A capsule collection, The Chateau By Angel Strawbridge includes curtains (made-to-measure and ready-mades), cushions, bedding, furniture and wallpaper, some of which are made in the UK. Each of the four collections tells a story of Angel’s fairytale home, Chateau de la Motte Husson, and celebrates her quirky sense of design and love of old things.
The collaboration marks a dynamic expansion for the Derby-based manufacturer. The investment in The Chateau By Angel Strawbridge will include a national PR campaign and trade launch at Spring Fair this week.
