Luceplan's Constanza reimagined

Designed in 1986 by Paolo Rizzatto, Luceplan’s first big hit, Costanza, is now an icon that has been produced in over one million units. It was the first lamp to apply innovative formal and technological solutions such as the self-supporting polycarbonate shade and the sensory touch dimmer. The first line featured a diffuser in seven colours, to combine with a structure in brushed aluminium or black coated finish.

A new colour scheme has been developed by Paolo Rizzatto with Studiopepe (Arianna Lelli Mami and Chiara Di Pinto), divided into two families of colours for the shade – Radieuse and Mezzo Tono – each composed of five new tones, joined by the original white. All the new variants bring out the qualities of the matte surfaces.
