Retail Performance Specialists (RPS), based in Virginia Water, Surrey, recently secured its 45th furniture store client, bolstering a customer list which includes Housing Units and Roomes.
RPS helps businesses improve conversion rates, average transaction values and items per sale, leading to sales increases. Many clients go on to take part in RPS performance improvement programmes across their estates.
RPS' chairman, Dennis Reid, says performance mindset is highly valued by every business leader he has met. Dennis draws on his experience as a former Australian Institute of Sport coach and early background as the team captain for the New Zealand Olympic water polo team.
