Under the guiding hand of director Zahid Ayub, bedmaker Highgate Beds continues to grow, bringing new branding to its popular Healthopaedic collection, as well as adding unique technology-led lines such as Zero Gravity and Medicpaedic to its stable – creating a range of models that feel like no other …

This year’s January Furniture Show proved a “roaring success” for Highgate Beds. In particular demand was the manufacturer’s lively new SportLine range, which features Highgate’s second-generation Zero Gravity technology, and saw numerous orders placed by those wishing to give it a prime spot on their shop floors.

Other new models included the Quantum. Available with 1000 or 2000 pocket springs, plus Zero Gravity within and a luxurious panel of stretch fabric atop, Quantum received rave reviews, andrepresented a significant leap forward in sleep technology.

The Healthopaedic range saw additions such as the Pocket Zero, the Silver Medic, and a revamped Ultimate Amira – a keen favourite of Highgate’s established customer base.

Alongside these additions, and featuring heavily, was the SportLine mattress range. Boastings a sporty feel, and enveloping medical standard foam technology, various models were presented in new fabric colours – which, according to Highgate Beds, were snapped up by all who saw them! Named Memphis, Epsom and Verona, these fabrics vary in colour and texture, to ensure there is a cover for every taste. SportLine is now also available in a range of new Belgian damask stretch fabrics.

This vibrant range reflects not only the fabric technology and the benefits of Highgate’s second-generation Zero Gravity, but also medical advantages of support mattresses – helping ensure that all needs are covered by the Healthopaedic brand.
