Leading product visualisation platform Cylindo, which works with established brands and retailers across the furniture industry in Europe and North America, has just released the October 2022 edition of its Top 100 European Furniture Retailers report.
In the 2022 report, Cylindo ranked the top 100 European retailers based on 18 key drivers, including product visuals quality, 360° views, and augmented reality (AR), which it says have proved vital in creating the best customer experience for shoppers online and in-store.
The recent surge in furniture ecommerce, paired with a plausible economic headwind on the horizon, has resulted in a more educated shopper who wants to ensure their new furniture investment is the right fit for their home, says Cylindo.
"By implementing technologies like 3D product visualisation, companies skip the expense (and hassle!) of traditional photoshoots, and help end-consumers make informed purchase decisions with better, higher-quality visuals that they can spin, zoom, and view in context setting and AR," explains Aidan Murphy, VP marketing at Cylindo.
