AI Is coming to furniture retail, says Ordorite

Ordorite is known for helping retailers streamline operations, connect departments and make smarter, data-driven decisions. Now, the company is preparing to launch its most ambitious innovation to date – one it says is "set to reshape furniture retail".

With its beta launching early this year, OrdoIQ is a new AI-powered initiative that promises to bring intelligent automation, predictive insights, and faster decision-making to "every corner of the furniture retail workflow", says Ordorite: "From improving operational efficiency to unlocking new opportunities for growth, OrdoIQ will help retailers work smarter, not harder."

While the full details are still under wraps, OrdoIQ is built on the same foundation that has earned Ordorite recognition as one of Deloitte’s 2025 Technology Fast 50 Ireland companies. The platform is designed to deliver real-time intelligence, reduce manual work, and surface the insights that retailers need, when they need them most.

"What makes this different is that OrdoIQ won’t be a bolt-on feature," adds the retail software specialist. "It will be an embedded, always-on assistant designed to evolve with every retailer’s unique setup and business goals."

Visitors to the January Furniture Show, taking place at the NEC Birmingham from 18th-21st this month, will be among the first to hear about this development and preview its direction. Ordorite will be inviting select retailers to be part of its beta development group, playing a role in shaping how AI can deliver real, measurable impact in day-to-day retail operations.
