Flair Furniture (Flairbeds.co.uk, Bedkingdom.co.uk) has created a new board of directors to guide the business "into the next stage of growth and innovation", reports MD Ashley Hainsworth.
The new team comprises: Josh Branigan, buying director; Paolo Rizzo, ecommerce director; Bea Jumalon, customer service director; Mark Brooks, operations director; and Gurvinder Bharta, marketplace director.
"Each of these individuals brings exceptional expertise and proven leadership in their respective fields," says Ashley. "Together, they form a strong, dynamic team fully aligned with our vision of excellence, growth, and long-term sustainability.
"To further demonstrate our commitment to shared success, the board of directors will receive 10% of Flair Furniture Ltd’s annual post-tax profits, to be distributed evenly, ensuring that their contributions and leadership are directly tied to the prosperity of the business. We believe this structure not only rewards dedication but also strengthens the alignment between the company’s performance and leadership’s vision for success.
