Sofa Club has appointed Stephanie Rackley as group marketing director. Stephanie joins the retailer with a near-20-year track record across the beauty and wellbeing sectors, having held senior marketing roles at brands including Medik8, bareMinerals and Champneys.
Most recently, she spent six years as a marketing strategy consultant, leading multi-disciplinary marketing teams across brand, digital, content and performance. Her consultancy portfolio spans a diverse range of businesses, from interior design studios and luxury hotel chains to global skincare brands.
In her new role, Stephanie will oversee Sofa Club’s group-wide marketing strategy, driving brand development, customer acquisition and long-term growth. Her expertise in building premium brands and leading integrated marketing teams will support Sofa Club’s continued expansion and ambition to redefine the modern sofa-buying experience.
