Tetrad Furniture has appointed a new senior leadership team, which it says marks "a confident step forward as the business continues to trade strongly".
Chris Fletcher (pictured) has been appointed MD, supported by Luke Stenchion as FD. Together, they will lead all strategic and operational activity.
Chris brings more than 30 years of industry experience, having held a number of director-level roles at Tetrad, most recently as commercial director. In this role, he led the company’s D&D, sales and marketing functions, helping to shape both the brand and commercial offering.
Luke brings extensive financial experience across a range of manufacturing businesses. Having worked closely with Tetrad in recent months, he brings commercial insight, financial rigour and operational support to the leadership team.
Tetrad continues to be backed by Blandford Capital, which it says remains committed to supporting the business, while strategic and operational leadership now sits firmly with the newly appointed team.
As Tetrad enters its next phase of development, the business continues to invest in its people and manufacturing capabilities. It says a double-digit increase in headcount during 2026 reflects its commitment to enhancing expertise, service and operations, while building additional capacity to ensure it can meet demand.
