Oak & More has appointed Toolstation co-founder Lucy Lynch as CEO, as the furniture retailer enters its next phase of growth.
In June, Lucy Lynch took over as CEO of Oak & More from Paul Isom, who is leaving the business after 25 years in the industry to pursue new challenges. The leadership change forms part of a planned transition, with Paul remaining for a period to support Lucy and ensure a smooth handover.
Lucy brings extensive retail and business-building experience to the role. She co-founded Toolstation and was instrumental in growing the business into a 300-store operation. Her experience will support Oak & More as it builds on its strong foundations and continues to develop the business.
Oak & More specialises in bedroom, living and dining furniture, with a range spanning solid oak, glass, marble and painted furniture. The business has a UK-based design team, and all its wood furniture is made without chipboard, veneer or MDF. Its ranges are delivered fully assembled, with most available for delivery within 48 hours.
During his time at Oak & More, Paul played a key role in the transformation of the business, helping to reposition the brand as Oak & More and expand its omnichannel presence, including the opening of five stores.
