Wayfair UK has today announced a new partnership with Leicester Tigers, becoming the club’s official Home Furniture and Décor Partner from the 2026–27 season.
Founded in 1880, Leicester Tigers are one of England's most successful and historic rugby union club. As part of the agreement, Wayfair branding will feature on the back of players' matchday shorts across home, away and European competitions, alongside a wider partnership spanning stadium spaces, player access, engagement and content creation initiatives. The collaboration will also see Wayfair furnish a brand-new Leicester Tigers podcast studio.
The partnership will include significant matchday visibility and media presence throughout the season, with a focus on delivering engaging experiences for supporters on and off the pitch, says Wayfair.
Leicester Tigers CEO, Andrea Pinchen, comments: “I’m delighted that Wayfair UK will be joining us from next season as our Home Furniture and Décor Partner. At Leicester Tigers we are always looking for new partners who match our ambition and values and I can’t wait to see what this partnership produces.”
Wayfair UK’s head of creative, Mike Pearson, adds: "Working with Tigers is a great way to bring the Wayfair brand close to a huge and important audience – and what's more, one we play a relevant role for by providing the best seats in your house to watch the game (when you can't be at the Mattioli Woods Welford Road Stadium of course!).
"It's also a great chance to work with the Tigers club and players to highlight some of the tremendous work the Wayfair UK team has been doing, such as the recent launch of our new loyalty programme, Wayfair Rewards, and our growing Wayfair Verified selection. We can’t wait to see what’s ahead for the 2026-27 season and beyond.”
Wayfair UK’s GM, William Merricks, concludes: “Leicester Tigers is one of the most historic clubs in Rugby Union and we’re delighted to announce our partnership with them. The launch of the club’s new podcast offered a unique opportunity for Wayfair to help create a modern and engaging content space for players and guests, as they move into a new era of connecting with fans and the wider Tigers community. We’re excited to bring the Wayfair brand to life in new and engaging ways – both inside the stadium and beyond.”
Further partnership announcements and activations will be revealed ahead of the 2026–27 season.
