Brussels Furniture Fair has announced several changes to its management team, prompted by the departure of communication and marketing manager Thomas Hibert, who, after working for the show for 15 years, is leaving to manage his own treehouse construction business.
Ines Van Craenenbroeck, who has been involved for some time in the implementation of the fair's trend corridors and the development of concepts such as the Belgian Design Island, has taken a permanent place within the show team. As in-house designer and IT manager, she will be responsible for the further development of existing concepts, and in the coming years will focus on the renewal of the show's marketing and exhibitor tools.
Carl Vanginderhuysen, the show's operations manager since last year, will take on some of the fair's social media duties, while continuing to manage turnkey stand construction, with responsibility for the overall set-up and dismantling of the fair.
MD Glenn De Maeseneer will be the first contact for press-related communication.
This year's show will take place from 2nd-5th November.
