The GNG Group has announced that Andy Williams will join the business as operations director on 5th January.
Andy comes with extensive senior leadership experience in operations, production and driving change collaboratively. Following a long period in the automotive sector Andy spent several years with Sofa Brands International managing multiple sites in the UK and abroad – as operations director leading the facility for G Plan Upholstery, as well as significant project leadership.
GNG Group says Andy will enhance the business with his "data-driven and analytical eye along with well honed management, leadership and best-in-class operations experience, assisting in the strategic growth of the mattress and sports divisions of GNG".
Andy says: "I am delighted to be joining a fast-paced and expanding business at this important time of growth and look forward to working with the entire team to deliver on our strategic roadmap and exceeding our customers' expectations."
