Leekes to open new Cheltenham store

South Wales-based retailer Leekes has announced the opening of its latest store, on Cheltenham's Kingsditch Retail Park.

The new store will take over the site previously occupied by M&S Home, bringing "a fresh and inspiring shopping experience to the area".

Work to transform the site into a new Leekes store will begin at the end of September, with the grand opening planned for November, states the retailer. The store will showcase an extensive range of branded and own-brand products including sofas, dining sets, occasional furniture, beds and kitchens. In addition, customers will find a variety of home accessories such as pictures, mirrors, lighting, bedding and cushions.

The new Leekes store will also feature a cafe offering hot and cold drinks alongside a menu of savoury and sweet snacks.

MD Emma Leeke says: "We are incredibly excited to be bringing our inspirational collection to Cheltenham, a location where we have been keen to establish a presence in for many years. The site on Kingsditch Retail Park is perfect for us, and we cannot wait to share our range of stylish, quality products with the local community."

Leekes is currently recruiting a team of professionals to join the Cheltenham store team – details on available positions can be found on Leekes' careers website.
