The National Bed Federation (NBF) has bolstered its membership in the last few weeks, welcoming two new manufacturer members and three new supplier members.
On the manufacturing front, Devon based luxury bed manufacturer Enchanted House Beds has joined, along with West Yorkshire upmarket bed manufacturer Infinity Springs, which trades as Espoir Beds. Both companies made their debuts exhibiting at the recent Bed Show in Telford.
Also exhibiting at the Bed Show in the Supplier Zone were new NBF members Pluss CIC and Flex 2000.
Devon-based Pluss CIC is part of Seetec Pluss, a social enterprise, with around 33% of its workforce having a recognised disability. It manufactures and supply wooden divan frames, bedframes and headboards to other bed manufacturers.
Flex 2000, based in Portugal, is an established manufacturer of flexible PU foam, supplying the Iberian peninsula, other European countries, North America, South America and the Middle East. It has joined the NBF to help it expand its UK and Irish sales.
Also joining as a supplier member is Fotex of Batley, West Yorkshire. Already known to many bed manufacturers, Fotex is a family-run business supplying the manufacturing industry with textile and spring solutions.
NBF head of marketing and membership, Simon Williams, comments: “We are delighted to welcome these new members into the NBF and hope that by utilising the many benefits that membership brings, they will see their business flourish over the coming months and years.”
