Sale marks the end of Leekes Bilston

Department store chain Leekes has moved ahead with the closure of its store in Bilston, West Midlands. The retailer launched a closing-down sale at a busy preview event last Thursday, before opening it to the general public on Friday 19th June.

"Customers have been snapping up incredible deals on ex-display items, furniture, kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes and bedrooms, garden furniture, tiles and flooring, along with ranges of home accessories, textiles, cookware and much more – all at significantly reduced prices as the store prepares to close its doors for the very last time on 2nd August 2026," states the retailer.

The closure marks the end of an era for Leekes in the Midlands. For more than 15 years, Leekes Bilston has been a popular destination for homeowners across the region – but Leekes asserts that while this chapter is drawing to a close, the business remains "as strong as ever".

The sale runs until 2nd August.
