Bensons appoints chief customer officer

Bensons for Beds has strengthened its executive team with the appointment of Nick Thomas as chief customer officer, supporting the next phase of the company’s long-term growth plans.

In this newly created role, Nick will lead the marketing and digital teams, and will also become MD of the Eve Sleep D2C business for Bensons for Beds. His focus will include growing the customer base, digital performance, and creating a more seamless omnichannel experience across online and stores.

Nick joins Bensons after a successful period as CEO of Blinds2go and has previously held senior roles at Holland & Barrett, Travis Perkins and The Works.

Nick Collard, CEO of Bensons for Beds, says: “We have made strong progress as a business and remain focused on the next phase of growth. Bringing Nick into the business strengthens our leadership team and adds further expertise behind some of our biggest future opportunities. His experience in customer growth, digital and retail transformation will be a real asset as we continue to build.”
