Directorate change at DFS

DFS has announced that, as part of its succession planning, Jo Boydell plans to retire from the retailer's board at the conclusion of its AGM on 14th November 2025.

Bruce Marsh, who joined the board in August 2024, will take over as chair of the Audit & Risk Committee with immediate effect in order to ensure a smooth transition ahead of Jo's retirement.

Until that time, Jo will continue in her role as a non-executive director of the company and as a member of the Audit & Risk Committee, the Remuneration Committee, the Nomination Committee and the Responsible Sustainable Business Committee.

Steve Johnson, DFS' chair, comments: "I would like to thank Jo for her great contribution to the board and as chair of the committee and I am delighted to have a very experienced successor in Bruce as chair of the committee going forward."
