MattressNextDay experienced a record-breaking Black Friday this year, surpassing all previous sales figures for this busy period.
Among other factors, the e-tailer was able to hold the largest amount of stock in its 20-year history, and have over 85% of products available for next-day delivery, which significantly helped it reach this achievement.
"This calendar year, we have expanded our selection of quality brands for customers, including the addition of Vispring and Jay-Be," the bed specialist continues. "October also saw the introduction of Lightning Deals to our website, redefining how we approached promotions, and bringing a sense of urgency and excitement that has resonated with our customers.
"Outside of our website, our Whitstable showroom was buzzing with activity, seeing record walk-ins and a significant increase in phone inquiries. Our sales team rose to the occasion this Black Friday, handling the influx of calls with professionalism and care. Their dedication, along with our customer service team, ensured every customer felt valued, whether online, over the phone, or in person."
Martin Seeley, CEO of MattressNextDay, adds: “This Black Friday, our team exceeded all expectations. This success underscores the power of preparation, innovative thinking, and having a commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for our customers."
